RMA form / Warranty replacements

The Return Merchandise Authorization form template is attached. Current revision: 04

To replace a yanzi device under the RMA program, follow the following process:

  1. Fill out the attached form (leave the RMA number field empty)
  2. Send it to support@yanzinetworks.com
  3. Support reviews hardware eligibility under program and effective agreements.
  4. When accepted, the support agent will revert with a completed form and a prepaid shipping label.
